MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES
Present at meeting: Ashley Tackett, Brent Boyle, Nat Hart, Rich Munson, and Lynn Easley.
Call to order by Ashley Tackett after a quick relocation due to Smoke Monkey being closed.
Present Minutes from last meeting
The minutes were presented by Lynn Easley.
Motion to accept by Ashley Tackett, seconded by Nat Hart.
Financial Report
No Financial Report.
Officer and Director Reports.
Brent Boyle – Suggested the club needs better communications with its members. Emails, Facebook posts and even texts if necessary for upcoming events and activities. He also suggested an earlier time for meetings so it doesn’t split the day up.
Lynn Easley – Reported upgrades to the website software.
Old Business
Slip Waiting List:
David Kinsey – Not sure if boat would fit in any of the slips.
Steve Lowe – Inner larger slip should one become available.
New Business
Upcoming Club Events:
Third Friday Social – Moved to July 28th to True Vines in Tyler due to several members not being able to attend.
August 12th Social – Ashley Tackett confirmed with Ben Hooks that he will set up Saturday noon lunch similar to last years event.
Date and Time of Next Meeting:
The next monthly meeting is to be on August 19th. It was suggested to be a Zoom meeting so that maybe some of our out of town directors could possibly attend.
